Albi Dawkins
This is Albi, Level 1 Surf Instructor and NCC Coaster Lead. We’re lucky to have had Albi as a core part of our team for 7 seasons now, our summers wouldn’t be the same without him! We’ve shared some of his instructor profile questions.
JAKE SAYER
This is Jake, a familiar face, who’s been part of our surf school family for years. We were lucky to have him on our core team before he left SCB to become a firefighter. Now, we’re thrilled to have him back, and you’ll meet him on our Coasteering Experiences as one of our lead Coasteering Guides.
ALEX bARNES
This is Alex B. It’s great to have her back from uni for her third season with us. Alex is known for always bringing fun, positive energy to our lessons. We’re stoked to have her as a part of surfing Croyde Bay!

This is Harry, a fairly new addition to the team joining us in the 2024 season. Harry’s been a friend of the business since his Grom days with Surf Development UK Ltd. An all-around sportsman, volleyball pro, and an awesome surf instructor.

Nathan ADAMS
Nathan has worked his way up through the ranks since joining the team 6 years ago for work experience. Now a qualified surf instructor, lead coasteer guide, and the general manager of our Surf School/Coasteering Centre.
Joe SKINNER
This is Joe, ISA Level 1 Surf Instructor, who’s been with us for three seasons. With a degree in physical education, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his surf instruction. Joe is an all-around great coach to work with!

Meet Molly, a new addition to our team in 2024 and an invaluable member of Surfing Croyde. We all love Molly for her positive, bubbly energy! A personable and experienced surf coach and also our resident yoga teacher for dreamy yoga, looking out at the Bay.
