Find your Next Adventure
“Many thanks for the day. Coasteering Croyde was an ideal place to explore the coast with some excellent jumps.
Highly recommend Surfing Croyde Bay. They Minibus you down to the area which saves quite a bit of walking.
Instructors managed the group well, especially with a mixture of abilities.
My 10 year old, was a bit slower over the rocks than the adults. So they moved us to the front to get a head start. Simple but it worked well for the group.
Hot showers after too which were much needed. Keep up the good work!

Coasteering is a very safe adventure sport. You do jump from rocks and scramble along the coastline, so there is an element of risk. Your coasteer guide always has safety at the forefront of their mind, though.
Your coasteer guide will check the tide and the sea state before your trip. Checks on your safety equipment to make sure it fits effectively are important too. If your guide feels that the risks are too high, then your coasteer will be rescheduled. It should be noted that the minimum age is 8 years old.
You should check that whoever you choose to coasteer with is part of the National Coasteer Charter. At Surfing Croyde Bay we also ensure that all of our guides are also fully qualified lifeguards.
