Surfing Croyde Bay have designed surf lessons with a team building emphasis. Bond as a team while learning and developing your surfing skills. Share joint learning experiences and bond with each other while learning together. You will have your own private group, with a fully qualified beach lifeguard. Your team building surf lesson will focus on shared goals, camaraderie and team development whilst having fun in the great outdoors.

Whether you’ve never visited before. Or have been visiting for years, we want to make your team building activity extra special with a surfing, coasteering or stand up paddle boarding experience.

At Surfing Croyde Bay your team will bond while assisting each other along our team coasteering route. This route has been designed with team building in mind. Your team will need to work together to successfully complete the route. The route your team will follow is right on our doorstep in Croyde at Baggy Point. Your team will bond together while exploring large jumps and small jumps, as well as exciting caves and gullies.

The stand up paddle boarding your team will participate in will enable your team to bond whilst paddling, navigating and exploring a new skill together. Your team unit will learn to stand up and use their own personal water craft. They will then complete a route and a series of activities that will bring your team together. It’s a fantastic activity for teams, instilling new skills, whilst allowing the team to develop into a stronger unit.
