Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Coasteering Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead groups of adventurers through coastal routes, providing a safe and unforgettable experience that includes navigating rocky shorelines, swimming through tidal pools, and encouraging and supervising cliff jumps.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-trip briefings and ensure all participants are adequately prepared and informed about safety procedures.
Guide groups through challenging coastal terrains including rocks, cliffs, and water routes.
Provide clear and motivating instruction on coasteering techniques and safety measures.
Assess the ability of participants to handle specific routes and challenges to ensure safety.
Administer first aid as needed and manage any emergencies that arise.
Maintain equipment and gear, ensuring all items are safe for use and stored properly after trips.
Qualifications:
NCC Lead Coasteering Guide Qualified
Strong swimming ability and to be comfortable in various aquatic conditions.
In-date RLSS or SLSGB Beach Lifeguard Qualification
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage groups effectively.
High level of physical fitness and endurance.
A passion for adventure sports.
