About The Weekend Surf Lessons
This weekend stand up paddle board package is in a group format and is ideal for beginner and intermediate surfers.
You will receive 3 x 2.5 hour stand up paddle board lessons split over 2 days. You will receive lunch on both days. Lunch consists of a sandwich or pasty, snack, piece of fruit and soft drink.

So, you may have heard the term SUP or SUPing and wondered what’s that? SUP stands for stand up paddleboarding, the sport where you ride an oversized surfboard by standing on it.
You propel yourself forwards using a single-bladed paddle. SUPing allows you to explore lakes, travel along estuaries and even ride waves on the beach. We’ve even seen Yoga classes in the ocean taking place on stand up paddle boards!
Smaller group sizes means our coaches can give you more attention in a safer environment to speed up the learning process.
We run daily SUP lessons suitable for everyone aged 5 to 80, from complete beginner to competitive professionals, school groups to group parties using in water teaching, classroom theory lessons and video analysis.
