We offer bespoke packages for schools and educational groups, covering key stages 2-4 as well as health, safety, and fitness.
At Surfing Croyde Bay we are working on improving the standards of water sport instruction for all.
We want you to enjoy surfing as much as we do, so whether you’ve never stood on a board before or have been doing it for years, we want to help you progress to your full potential.
My extensive coaching, including time as Head Junior Coach at Surfing England, has been put into practice at Surfing Croyde Bay.

School Trips with a difference
Did you know that one of the UK’s most accomplished School Activity Centres is right on your doorstep in Croyde, North Devon? Your pupils from Key Stage 2-4 can take a school trip to learn to surf, and go coasteering. The student-to-instructor ratio of 6:1 is the lowest of any England Surfing Centre of Excellence, ensuring quality and engaging experiences for your pupils.

Putting Educational Experience into practice
Run by Former Team GB Head Junior Coach Damon Beveridge, the highest standards of teaching and safety, are incorporated into the experiences available to your pupils at Surfing Croyde Bay.
You can book a variety of group sizes from small groups to larger groups of 50 or more. You can stagger sessions throughout the day for larger groups.

Surfing Croyde Bay has been operating on Croyde Beach for almost 17 years. Over this period, we have built relationships with Stanchester Academy, Uffculme School and Horris Hill School, to name a few. Junior athlete teams such as the GB gymnastic squad and several Football, Rugby and Cricket clubs, all regularly visit Surfing Croyde Bay for activity weeks and ad hoc sessions.
